Major flaw in Take Profit in Index CFDs and QuickTrade execution settings
Major flaw in Take Profit in Index CFDs and QuickTrade execution settings

Hi cTrader support team,
I have been facing 2 issues with your platform for Index CFDs
1) My TakeProfit levels are not getting triggered despite of market moving more than TP levels . Sometimes TP level gets hit and trade is closed automatically at 'exact' TP level but most of the times even though market will move way more in my favor beyond my TakeProfit , trade is not closed by the system and i have to close it manually.
( I have already raised this issue to my broker with snapshots etc and they sent it you guys already , so please provide an update on the same as it has been more than a week now . This issue is only with Index CFDs and not forex products )
2) New issue (again with Index CFDs only not FX ) which i encountered is that when i set MarketRange as '0' in Quick Trade settings and hit market for an index cfd, most of the times during volatile market the order just keeps processing and after couple of seconds (even mins ) the order might get triggered when price comes back to my initial market order level. It seems the order is sitting as limit ( i can't see it on platform though ) in the backend and when price comes back to my initial levels it is getting filled. But the issue is if price is not equal to my MarketRange at the execution time, then order should get cancelled instantaneously without giving me any fill . It should not sit in the backend where i can't see it and thus don't even know if it exists . And suddenly after few mins if price comes back , i will see my order becoming live . This has serious implications to traders as it leaves me vulnerable to unwarranted orders ( which i can't even see or cancel )
Please have a look and resolve these asap .
