I have just modified a Buy Limit order through ctrader and without the criteria being met, a buy position was opened and I lost money. I have spoken to my broker about the issue but I would also like to notify the ctrader support team that there might be a glitch in the software. It is deffinately not something I have done wrong since the stop loss "Pips" was also reduced to an amount that confirmed that i indeed entered the new price correctly but also the current market price was far away from the target price, over 20 pips. Upon pressing the modify button a trade was executed.

There is glitch with the new order window allowing you to modify an order outside the allowable range. It will be fixed in the next release. We apologize for this.

I think i spotted the problem, the target price was above the current market price made using the Stop Order to Buy and the modification i made was a target price well below the current market price, hence why i think it executed at current market price. Shouldnt the software prevent that modification instead of execute at the current market price?
