SL and TP problem

SL and TP problem

Hi, as the title I have a problem with stop loss and take profit . When I enter a market and imposed SL and TP fixed , when the price reaches one of two levels , almost never goes to a predetermined level , sometimes also it differs from 4-5 pips , for me this is a big deal . Can you give me an explanation ?

No answer and the probem is always present , even with low market volatility.I'm sorry bye bye Ctrader!

This sounds more like a broker problem and not the platform.

Never experienced the issue

I have personally never experienced the issue "1014104" mentioned. Stop loss and targets have always worked 100% on both live and demo accounts on all brokers. Can it be a hardware or maybe a network issue. Stop loss and target are always stored on the main server and not on the clients PC so they should be executed.

I am having the same problem and it looks more like platform issue,My pending stop orders get triggered after 1-2 pips and I am a High frequency trader looking for 3-5 pips,Could you please explain if this platform is for Institutional traders or bucket shops?
