My cTrader is kept down. (Sorry for repeatedly posting the same, due to some problem)

My cTrader is down.

 

The same screen is displayed unchanged. My mobile cTrader has the same problem.

 

Is this sever problem? Should I ask my broker for a soultion?

 

Needs help. Thank you.
