not loading .optset correctly

play with the ‘optimize’ param by checking/unchecking some optimization params. 

save the .optset file.

now play again with the param settings by checking/unchecking some optimization params

load the previously saved .optset file

observe that the params you saved do not load the 'optimize' attribute correctly by checking/unchecking the params optimization checkbox.
