renko charts trouble with FTMO account

Good morning Everyone, 

I  got a litlle trouble today. I started a FTMO account with Ctrader. I'm using renko charts for my trading and simple + exponnential moving average. 

when I'm trading with ctrader demo account in RE1pip, I got no trouble, graph is really fast and it is compliant to 1pips candle behavior. However, when I'm switching to my FTMO account.. my Renko charts, in 1 pip have the same behavior than an renko charts in 2000pips..

i don't understand why and I'm blocked in my challenge.

Do you have any idea to help me ?
