[Bug report 7][Issue with "Reconnecting" state in cTrader 5.1.11]

Hi,

1. Description:
    I encountered an issue today with cTrader Desktop (Windows) version 5.1.11. 

    The application started normally at 2025.01.11 11:22:40.751 AM (Journal: "cTrader started"), but later, at 2025.01.11 11:44:15 AM, it became stuck in the "Reconnecting" state.

2. Additional Information:
   The issue occurred on Windows 10 Pro.

   No cBot was running when the issue occurred.

   The internet connection was stable.

3. Could you please investigate this issue ?
