Ctrader not displaying the log in page

I newly installed Ctrader on my PC, and whenever I open the application there's this window that pops up which I can't minimize and if I exit it, the whole app shuts down. But the window is blank and there's literally nothing to fill out or click on there. I checked on my friend's system and it appears this is supposed to be the log in page. Anyone faced this issue before?

Hola. Deriv is my broker, although I haven't been able to log in on the Ctrader app. I'm on Windows 8.1 pro 64bit.
