Advanced protection and memory usage making it impossible to trade

Hi,  lately I am having big problems with C trader. It became impossible to trade.

I have tried to write in the help box of C trader but after I write down 8 to 10 words it delete itself. Not vey useful.

My biggest problem and it is new since the last 2 weeks.

A very important feature on Ctrader and that’s why I am using C trader to trade. Is the advanced protection, I use partial profit taking on every trade.

Since the last 2 weeks, all the orders are deleting itself after a little while. It makes it impossible to trade with this situation.

Adding to that, for about the same time. A huge memory usage from C trader and it freezes after a while. My computer as enough power and memory. And it's attracted to happen for 2 weeks.

Can you please offer something to work with because it is impossible to trade right now. I have the Ctrader app on my computer but there is no advanced protection.
