Workspace Issue

Hello,

When you create a new Workspace by saving a current workspace to a new name, the new name does not appear in the Workspace dropdown list until you exit CTrader and restart.

The same occurs when you try to delete a workspace, the name does not go off the list until  you exit and restart CTrader.
