cTrader Server time and local time discrepancies

cTrader Server time and local time discrepancies

Dear sirs,

I have cTrader platforms for two different brokers, both time zones are set to utc+2, one broker's server time is matching local current time, the other broker server and local times are different by 2 hrs. can anyone explain pls.
