alerts not functioning

alerts not functioning

why can't i place alerts? pop-up says: “failed to connect to the server. please check you internet connection. if the problem persists, contact support.”

as indicated on my ping, my internet connection is stable.

is this a bug? how to resolve this?

Same here since yesterday. Restarting the Ctrader helps for some minutes. Than the same problem again.

I had the same problem also after a few minutes I launch the software "pop-up says: “failed to connect to the server"

alerts seem to be functioning well now. thanks ctrader for fixing this.

This problem should have been resolved by now. Please restart your cTrader and in case you still experience problems, please send us some troubleshooting information quoting this thread.
