cTrader gets stuck on "Reconnecting"

Since Sunday, my platform gets stuck on “Reconnecting” after working normally for some time. How do I fix this?

Just reporting the same issue. Impossible to optimise or backtest

changing a symbol cTrader tries reconnecting and it stucks.

same for me too! the synchronisation in the algo section goes wrong and just never connects again, everything works fine except backtesting and optimisation. just to be clear it is still connected to the broker account just fine.

 

hopefully this can be fixed soon as it is really irritating and has only started happening recently

Help.....

Currently hard to work with the app - I have to restart it more than 10 times a day and can quit only by the "Force Quit" option.
