Hello, this weekend I began experiencing significant issues with your platform, despite not making any changes on my end. Initially, when I open cTrader, everything seems fine, but after a few minutes, sometimes 10-20 minutes, the workspace icon turns gray and becomes unclickable, the indicator bar goes blank, clicking on cBot does nothing, and closing and reopening cTrader resets everything. It appears the recent update may have disrupted something.

I'm experiencing similar issues. Since the most recent updates: 

  1. CTrader sometimes doesn't connect when starting up, necessitating a shutdown and restart. 
  2.  Indicators randomly don't  load when starting CTrader, necessitating a shutdown and restart to fix.
  3. Indicators go blank when changing timeframes, and the economic calendar also goes blank when expanding it to see events for the next day/current week, again necessitating a shutdown and restart to fix. 
  4. After a restart, CTrader doesn't remember any changes that I made to my workspace.

Same issues here.  Do you guys test ANY of your releases or do you just wait for us to report issues.  Its the same EVERY SINGLE release!

Same here. and came here to confirm if its my system or my broker. its lastest update messing workspaces after few minues. oh my! i have to relauch every 10 to 15 minutes . spotware pls fix

Guys try downloading the older ctrader version from your broker. I just downloaded ctrader 4.9.2 from icmarkets and it works, no issues anymore

Any update?

Ctrader guys have gone very quiet.  Come on chaps - some communication would be good here?  An apology… an explanation…a timeline of when you anticipate basic system functionality as outlined in OP's post might be restored?  Not being able to save workspace or any markups to my charts really sucks.  I'm still incredulous that these issues weren't picked up as a matter of course in your pre-release testing.  Software Development 101 - don't screw up functionality that your userbase, your clients, use day in day out in the pursuit of adding something new.  It really, REALLY frustrates people.  But if you do mess up (and I mess up more than most, it does happen!) please be honest about it and keep people informed so they can plan their work in the meantime.

Same issue here

It started about 2 weeks ago occasionally, mostly after a restart it was fixed.

Now when changing symbol or timeframe all go blanc and restart do not help.
