cTrader long time reconnection issue

I am facing lately long time for cTrader to make reconnection during synchronization with cloud. I do not really understand what is wrong with cTrader new version 5.0.40 so many bugs.

Can anyone elaborate on the problem

Facing the same issue!

Yes i‘m also facing the same issue. Can the Spotware team solve this please? It disconnects and fails to reconnect every single time.
