Keep getting "Cannot switch workspase while 1 bot is running" error

Good day, On my live account. Keep getting "Cannot switch workspase while 1 bot is running" errorDespite the fact that one opitmisation is running but zero bots. Also nothing on any other devices. Also cannot change settings for Quicktrade in settings. I used to be able to, now its just greyed out.
I always believed in the product but these errors are kind of deal breakers. Please sort it out. I see many people with the same issue.

Hi there,
I could not reproduce such a behavior. Please restart cTrader and make sure there is no cBot running. If it persists, please record a video demonstrating this issue.
