Text descriptions on object e.g. lines and rectangles

Newbie to ctrader.  

How do I add a textual description to a line or rectangle on a chart, that I can display or hover over to see so that I know what the line represents ? When the line is moved the description is attached.  I can only see a way to place a random text box on a a chart.
