Broker Renko scale set too high

Comparing BTCUSD in Renko on LiteFinance and Pepperstone is an issue. This is due to the difference in the scale of each broker's chart. If I set LiteFinancve at 2000 and Pepperstone at 200 (10 X 1) then the Renko charts appear similar. If I trade Pepperstone at Renko 500 then I have to set the Renko chart at LiteFinance at 5000. The range on Ctrader only goes up to 2000.

1. Can I change the scale on the Renko chart myself?

2. If not, how can I increase the available Renko to a high value eg 5000?

3. Can we have an option that we can choose the Renko value to one decimal place. eg a renko chart of 4.5 or 6.2?

LiteFinance at 2000

Pepperstone at 200

I need LiteFinance at 5000 not 2000 Max

Perhaps each section of Standard, Tick, Renko, Range, and Heikin Ashi can have a user input of the exact number and then press enter. Note that the decimal place for smaller scale charts.

Pip size is configured by the broker and unfortunately none of what you are asking for is available at the moment.

What can I do to get Spotware to make this available asap? At least the 5000.0 pips inclusion

As per my response, this is not configured by Spotware but by the broker.
