fresh install on Win 11 but charts not loading anymore

Did fresh install of c-trader on new win 11 computer but charts are not loading (see screenshot) my internet connection is super fast but still no loading. The web version of c-trader works perfect but I need the desktop version. also I noted a unusal high server latency of 520 ms which is strange.
