Keyboard shortcuts in Input parameters window

Is there any way to set up keyboard shortcuts I can use in the Input parameters windows?

It is absolutely annoying having to click that tiny triangle to modify the value up or down when I could have pressed Up or Down arrow, also navigating between the fields has to be executed by mouse, whereas almost everywhere (like, default web pages) Tab navigation is available.

I know that mouse wheel can be used to increase/decrease the value, but that only works when the mouse cursor is exactly above the input field (which is an unnecessary restriction).
