Ctrader Desktop Connection Error

Hi Support 
I have a problem on all of my VPS on MS Azure to Connect to IC Markets cTrader.
the web version and also other tools working fine so it's not an internet Problem.
clean reinstallation has not fixed it.

I will upload the troubleshooting information

Can you share your Connection Settings? Do you connect through a proxy?
