cTrader Desktop Data processing latency

For the same broker, with two platforms - cTrader and MT4, cTrader initially shows faster data reception speed upon installation, just a little bit faster than MT4 for the same product. However, after running for some time, the price fluctuations always lag behind MT4 slightly. 

During periods of high market activity, when placing orders using hotkeys with tight slippage limits, there is often a prompt indicating that the limited price cannot be executed. In order to achieve execution, the slippage must be increased, as the price seen is already historical due to delays in the chart. However, MT4 or MT5 does not experience such significant slippage, as their data reception and processing speeds are faster than cTrader

What are the possible reasons? How can this be resolved?
