PlugIn can't be deleted

I have a problem deleting my plugins. I can delete them and they also disappear from the folder cAlgo-sources-plugins but after a short time, they are all back as active plugins again. It's quite a problem because the new release 5.0.29 already has a performance problem so it ends up with the application not responding.

Is anyone else having this problem?
