Position not getting closed

my position is not getting closed even after hitting stop loss. I tried to close the position manually but didn't get closed.  its saying there is an error of "order cancelled" and "position locked".

You should talk to your broker about execution issues.

I use purple tradingbroker. i had to reverse the position then close the reverse imediately i lost like 12 usd but atleast i closed in profit.
