Wrong size for renko blocks

Hi!

I have recenlty started an FTMO challange using a strategy that consists of using 5 PIP renko blocks pn USOIL.cash. The strange thing that i have encountered that when i set the the chart to renko 5 pip i get 500 pips per block. I contacted them but they sayed since its ctraded specific i should contact the ctrader team. Another thing that i noticed is that the spread on the asset is displayed as 0.02 not like on other brokerages where you get whole numbers like 2.0 or 3.0. 

 

Is there any settings that i can use so that my 5 pip renko chart would display like 5 pips and not 500 pips per block?

Hi there,

There is nothing cTrader specific here. Pip size is determined by the broker and the platform behaves accordingly.
