MARKET ORDERS CANCELLED FOR NO REASON

I've had more than a dozen trades getting cancelled for no reason and it's getting expensive and really frustrating, please HELP!!!!!! They are market orders with SL & TP placed manually. I'm watching the trades and all of a sudden the position is closed nowhere near the TP or SL. The log shows a request to close position but it's not me!!!!! 

I don't know what to do!

Please help.

Execution is handled by your broker. You should talk to them first.
