Massive problems with new update. Objects freezing when you try to move by every tick in Live trading

I have been having problems with the charting software > 4.1 (currently 4.9) ctrader since yesterday. No objects can be moved because the chart freezes with every tick. This error is only in the > 4.2 version. The previous version 4.1 ran smoothly until I reinstalled it as a beta public version. another version is no longer available. In addition, the previous version 4.1 does not load a live account and various assets such as XAUAUD. Webtrader is no full alternative. It is currently not possible to trade with this tool. An even older version can no longer be installed (4.0) because an error message appears during installation (file cannot be downloaded...). If there is no longer an option, I would change the trading platform that I have been using for 6 years. Is ther anybody with the same problem or has anybody an older version that is still running <4.0 ?

P.S.: If i switch off the internet connection, it is running smoothly, everything is ok offline. it can not be a driver or a graphic card problem … it's just annoying
