Cannot interact with cTrader/cAlgo if dialog window with inidicator parameters is open and switching back from another application

Steps to reproduce.

1. Open cTrader/cAlgo
2. Open any chart
3. Click "(f)" symbol at the top and then click on any indicator with parameters. The dialog window with parameters will be shown.
4. Click on any icon for other application on Windows task bar.
5. Click on cTrader/cAlgo icon. The window for the application will appear, but will not be able to interact with it as the dialog window with indicator parameters gets the focus but is under the main window.
