Risk calculation wrong - Stop loss larger than expected

I have been going through trades and realized on stop-loss hit everytime the risk previously calculated is way off.

I risk 1% of the account which is $300, my risk calculation is on point on MT4 but for C-Trader the loss was more than double (~$700), this all on NAS100.

What is the issue ? That risk being taken would mean is more than 2%.
