cTrader desktop isn't displaying a full chart worth of history when higher value Renko charts are selected

Example: 300 pip renko EURUSD chart. This is it. No scroll bar or anything. I can't go back in time.

When I select 100 pip Renko EURUSD, I get a bit more, but still not a full chart's worth:

 

What limitations are built into cTrader when it comes to displaying historical Renko data?
