My broker will know my accounts at other brokers ?

My broker will know my accounts at other brokers ?

I just know that cTrader manage accounts by email (cTrader ID).

If I use same email for registering and opening cTrader accounts at 2 brokers A and B, can broker A see all of my broker B's accounts and vice versa?
