Unable to link my live trading account with cTID

I have recently created my cTID with my logged in google account. Subsequntly I opened the an account with the Dominion trader and created a live an demo account. However, both these account do not show when i login in my cTID. Please note that email ID is same. Help needed .

Please contact your broker regarding this matter. They should check where were your account is linked.
