hi, 

I downloaded an indicator and I can select it, add to the chart but it does not work.

How can I fix this?

Can you please provide more information?

  • Which indicator do you use?
  • Do you get any messages?
  • Are there any messages in the log?
  • Can you provide screenshots/videos showing what you are looking at?

Hi,

I am using FVG and VWAP. VWAP works fine but the FVG is not visible.

Looks good here. Make sure the colors you selected are not tranparent. Also check the log in case of any errors

Looks good here. Make sure the colors you selected are not tranparent. Also check the log in case of any errors

Thank you, but it still does not work. Deleting and reinstalling did not work either. Adding FVG does not show up in the log. 

I noticed, that VWAP and FVG have different entries in the indicators folder. I downloaded both in the same way.

It would be better to contact the indicator developer. If it works fine for me then It does not seem a general cTrader issue
