cTrader tick data or m bars not working!

Hello! 

Regarding the fact that I cannot use the TopFX demo account in cTRADER for backtesting with tick data, (or any other type of BARS test) I find this problem ONLY on the TOPFX DEMO account. 

If I am using a cTrader DEMO account (not TopFx) then the app cTrader is working properly. 

Can you help me with this issue? can you tell me what to do to use TopFx's DEMO account with tick data test? 

Any ideas will be welcome!
