waiting to execute a market order

When I trade using the panel to place a buy or sell market order, it always waits several seconds to 10 seconds to execute , only the FIRST MARKET ORDER  of the day after I open the Ctrader desktop, after that, every trade execute smoothly. I'm sure this is not the internet latency.

(this will cause the problem that the filled price is not the one you want to fill every first order of the day due to the latency)
