cTrader Mac not accessible or has invalid data format.

it seems that mac and windows files are not compatible to each other.

getting errors like this 

Failed to add "vWap  - noDev" instance.
File "vWap  - noDev.algo" is not accessible or has invalid data format.

is there a trick to fix this?

P.S. someone may. move this to the mac forums (i do not have access to it)
