Backtest Reliability (cAlgo)

I am fairly new to ctrader (calgo) and have been developing some cbots during the past two months. I am somewhat perplexed that the results are extremely good when backtesting. I will be doing some prop challenges over the following weeks using some of the cbots I developed. Nonetheless, I am curious as to the accuracy of the backtest results in terms of translating similar outcomes consistently on live accounts. I am not so confident having very little experience with calgo.

Thank you very much for providing the confidence that I am needing. 
Will give an update on how the prop challenge goes based on the strategies on ctrader.

Working and trading with cTrader for the last seven years, I must say backtesting results are pretty accurate. I have cross checked live execution and backtesting results dozens of times and they are pretty close.
