London Servers

Is there an issue with London servers, specifically London 7 & 12?  In the afternoon there are constant disconnects.  I have a fast fibre connection, latency for most of the day is under 10ms, after New York opens or after high volatility news, latency spikes to over 50ms and I'm disconnected,  it reconnects after a few minutes and cycle repeats until after 5pm (UK time).  It was noticeable last week (30/10/23 - 3/11/23).  This week (6/11/23 - 10/11/23) its every day and yesterday 8/11/23 was almost unable to trade.

I submitted technical reports when the issue was happening, I have checked with my broadband provider and there are no issues with my connection and exchange.
