Constant freeze of CTrader

Hi,
lately I experience very often, sometimes constant freeze of Ctrader. I have tried it on two different brokers, desktop, mobile, web, different internet connections. The same issue.
 CTrader was working not long ago. Now it is impossible to use it.

In a video below Ctrader freezes from time mark 12:39:23 to 12:40:02. Often it happens again after just a few seconds of normal work, especially at news time. 

In my opinion it is Spotware problem. Can you fix it?

 


 My internet is fine.
