Error "Symbol out of trade session#0"

Error "Symbol out of trade session#0"

Greetings,

Today my chart in Errante cTrader account with this number (1001236) stopped for a while and after that it got some laggy movements. after this I couldn't open positions on forex pairs like EURUSD and I got this error “Symbol out of trade session #0" but I could open positions on commodities like XAUUSD. the error has shown in the screenshot below:
