Fibonacci with serious flaws

Hello.
I'm having trouble putting:
  Fibonacci retracement
  Fibonacci expansion
  Tendency line
They escape, then it's difficult to delete, they don't stick to the graph.
It's happening to three different people, different cities
different computers, with different Windows.
It has already been reinstalled several times.
But the failures continue.
I've already used a previous version of cTrader, but it didn't help.
Please if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
