trade history is missing on my desktop

my trading history is missing on my desktop ctrader application. it is available on my phone.  please help provide instructions on how to get it back.

Trading history missing

Hello,

I am missing all the trading history on the cTrader desktop. I am using a live account and a demo account from two different brokers (Fusion Markets and Purple-Trading), and I cannot find the trading history on both of them.

I am sharing the screenshots of both accounts.

Can you share new screenshots that will show the account numbers as well as screenshots from your mobile phone showing which trades you would expect to see there?
