Spotware Demo Account?

Why has a Spotware demo account just appeared in my cTrader windows and android trading platforms?

And when I log into the cTrader ID site, why can't I delete this demo account? (It says "contact your broker Spotware to delete this account")

Was this the reason why my trading platforms all stopped working about 10 minutes ago in the middle of a trading day so you can inject a demo account I didn't create, ask for or even want?

What are you doing?

Dear trader,

You could have created the account by accident. If you wish to delete it, send us an email at community@ctrader.com
