cTrader Smart Scalping Tool from ClickAlgo doesn't show its panel

I tried to use the tool above. It is a cBot with a panel (A Window with buttons to trade). I don't see the panel.

I wrote about it to ClickAlgo, and they can't help. 

Can you help?

@ClickAlgo doesn't support their software unless it's a bug or you've paid for it.

I wonder why they can't help?
