Drawing lines during live session. Win 11

Hi all,

This is on a windows 11 machine, having an issue with drawings lines, boxes, fibs etc being drawn.

If in a live session and price changes. the screen moves. This will interrupt whatever it is that you are drawing and the mouse action just stops. 

Also, inserting lines and changing the magnification will move the line and will not hold to where it was originally drawn. 

Today when the exchanges are down it works fine and works fine on a Windows 10 machine I have.

But in win 11 I can't draw a single thing in live sessions.
