Trade stats/analysis/history not showing in desktop app

Per title. Ive re-installed the program like 3 times, deleted all the app data folders getting rid of all my settings etc and nothing shows still. When i log into my pepperstone ctrader web account its all there, just wont show in the desktop app. Help please!
