Connection problems

All right, that started on Friday evening so about 16:30. And on Sunday I still had the problem, whether it is today I can not say. I work now times and then let me know.

Is there info when there is maintenance work again?

Please provide us with the following information

1. Broker and account number
2. Exact time the disconnections occurred
3. Your proxy

If you can record a video at the moment the disconnections happen that will include all the above information, it will be very helpful.

HI,  im having this issue where the demos accounts are not loading the charts, only the live account its showing. when i change to a demo account it looks like the pic just loading.

my broker its pepperstone and the account number is 3750586
