cTrader Team re: OHLC issue bug described Feb 16 post

I have 3 or 4 charts open when trading. I can only read the OHLC figures on one chart. On the other charts, the OHLC for each candle is 'frozen' based on one candle from the current day's session. That can change, the chart that works stops working, and another chart starts working, The crosshairs will work on all charts showing the date and time of each candle. I have tried the 'Repair' option cTrader offers. I don't really want to delete cTrader and reinstall if I lose the 'drawings' I have on these charts.

Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce the described behavior. Can you please record a video demonstrating the steps you are following and thew described outcome?
