CTRADER 4.5.9 DEMO KEEPS ON HANGING

HI

PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED OVERER SEVERAL DAYS

C TRADER HANGS ALL THE TIME- ACTUALLY CANT USE IT ANYMORE !

ALSO WHEN I TRY AND REMOVE / SHUT DOWN CTRADER I GET MESSAGE

"ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO EXIT ?"

AND IT HANGS AGAIN  IE DOES NOT REPOND TO CLICKING OPTION "YES" WHEN I WANT TO SHUT IT DOWN.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

DONT SEE OPTION HERE TO ATTACH SCREENSHOT ??
