Fractal incorrectly drawn

Hi

There are inconsistencies between the fractals drawn on my live chart, and those drawn when I visually back test the same chart using tick data. See below - the first image is taken from my live chart on XAUUSD 1hr, and the second image is from visually back testing the same chart using tick data. When running a live cBot, it behaves as if the fractals shown in back testing were there. 

Is there any reason for the inconsistencies / any way to resolve this?
